Shipping Methods and Carriers: We utilize Canada Post Xpress Post or Expedited mailing for all our shipments. These trusted carriers ensure that your package is handled with care and delivered in a timely manner.

Shipping Costs: For Canada-wide shipping, a flat fee of CAD 15 applies. For shipments to the United States, a flat fee of CAD 20 is applicable. We also offer free shipping on orders over CAD 200. Additionally, we provide a Free Local Pickup option for those who prefer to collect their purchases directly from our store. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or international shipping companies.

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we require approximately 5 days for handling. The total delivery time can vary depending on the destination, ranging from 2 days to 2 weeks. It is important to note that shipping times may be subject to seasonal variations and external factors beyond our control.

Tracking and Confirmation: To keep you informed about the progress of your shipment, we provide tracking information for all Canada Post deliveries. Once your package is handed over to Canada Post, we will promptly send you the tracking details to monitor its journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Packaging and Protection: We take utmost care in packaging your electronics to ensure their safe transit. Our team utilizes appropriate packaging materials and methods to safeguard your items. However, please be aware that while we make every effort to ensure proper packaging, we cannot be held liable for any damage caused during shipping. To provide an added layer of protection, we also place insurance on our packages.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship to Canada and the United States. We do not offer international shipping services or ship to personal international shipping companies.

Returns and Exchanges: We stand behind the quality of our products. All items sold by 1UP Games are guaranteed to be in full working condition. Our systems carry a 60-day warranty (excluding controllers), while games come with a 21-day warranty. If you encounter any issues with a product purchased from our store within the warranty period, we will address your concerns promptly. Upon return shipping back to us, we will either provide a replacement product or process a store credit for you to use towards another item in our inventory. Please ensure that the issue is reported within the specified warranty period and that the returned item is shipped within 7 days of our initial communication. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable items.
